The Fera Collective exists to support women leaders and entrepreneurs, and one of the truest ways we do that is by making sure you actually take care of yourself. Burnout is not the price of building something you love. It is a signal, and you are allowed to answer it. This retreat is the reset you have been putting off. One full day, surrounded by the best women-owned wellness businesses on the Cape, to be seen, to exhale, and to remember yourself.

A Full Day of Wellness Workshops

Meditation, EFT tapping, Sound Baths, Women's Health, Reiki, Breathwork, Movement, and Rewiring Stress and Burnout Patterns.

A Catered Lunch

Sit down, eat something good, and enjoy a real conversation without looking at your phone. Lunch is catered by Beth's Bakery and Cafe.

A Curated Swag Bag

Filled with products, gift certificates, and offerings from local women-owned businesses.

Community

A room full of women who understand the life you are living and crave conscious community. Connection happens here.

Go Deeper With Add-On Services

Throughout the day you can book optional 1:1 sessions with providers, available separately at each provider's rate: massage therapy, facials and skin care, Reiki and energy healing, scar revision consultations, permanent makeup and cosmetic services, and health and wellness consultations. Providers and booking details are shared with registered attendees prior to the event.

I'm the founder of The Fera Collective, and I'm so glad you are here. I spent years building and running a multi-seven-figure business, running on empty and calling it dedication, until burnout made me rethink everything I believed about hard work and worth.

Now I help women leaders and business owners build companies that do not cost them themselves. This retreat is my favorite kind of work: getting a room full of brilliant, capable, tired women to finally put themselves on the list.
